MediaReplacement & Refund Policy
Digital goods cannot be returned once they are delivered, so this is what we do instead. It is written down so you know the answer before you buy, not after.
If it does not work, you get a replacement
Accounts, keys and links are covered from the moment they are delivered until the end of the next day. If what you received does not log in or does not activate, tell us inside that window and we replace it. If we cannot replace it, you get the full amount back as store credit.
Growth services
If an order does not start, stalls, or is only partly delivered, we refill it or credit you for the shortfall. Report it while the order is still open on your orders page and we will not need anything else from you.
How to claim
One message with your order number is enough — nothing else is needed. Please do not buy a second one before contacting us; a duplicate order is a separate purchase and is not automatically refunded.
What is not covered
Cover ends if the credentials were changed on your side before you told us, if you asked for the wrong item, or if a platform acts against an account for how it was used after delivery. Growth-service cover needs the target to stay public and unchanged for the duration of the order — a profile switched to private, renamed or deleted mid-order cannot be delivered to.
Protect your cover in the first minute
On any delivered account, change the password and the recovery details straight away and confirm it logs in. Doing that immediately is what makes a claim straightforward; leaving it for a week is what makes one impossible to resolve.
Cash refunds
Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, so refunds are issued as store credit, which never expires and can be spent on anything we sell. Where an order was cancelled before anything was delivered, you are credited in full without needing to ask.
Fair use
This cover exists so a bad item is never your loss. It is not an open return window: repeated claims with no evidence of a fault may end further cover on that account.
