How delivery works
The moment a payment confirms, delivery starts on its own. Most orders finish in seconds, and what you bought stays on your orders page as a downloadable file you can fetch again whenever you need it. You are never waiting on a human to hand something over.
Why we publish our policies
Crypto payments are final, so a shop asking for one should say in advance what happens when something breaks. Our replacement cover and terms are written down and apply to every order — you should not have to negotiate them after the fact.

Beware of impersonators
Shops like this get copied. The handle above is our only support account and ntmedia.store is our only website; our email is support@ntmediastore.com, on a different domain to the shop and genuinely ours. We will never message you first asking for a payment, a password, or a wallet phrase. If something claims to be us anywhere else, it is not.
