MediaPrivacy Policy
We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it. We do not sell your data, and we run no advertising or profiling trackers.
What we collect
Your email address, so we can deliver an order and reach you about it. A password, stored only as a one-way hash we cannot reverse. Your order and balance history. Payment data limited to the invoice and the on-chain transaction that settled it — we never see or hold a card, a wallet key or a seed phrase. If you connect Telegram, your Telegram ID, so notifications can reach you.
Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to let you re-download it later, to confirm payments, to answer support, and to detect payment fraud. That is the whole list.
Cookies
One signed session cookie that keeps you logged in and holds your cart. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, so there is no consent banner to click. There are no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, the payment processor that issues your invoice, and the mail provider that sends your delivery — each only the part they need to do that job. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept while your account is open, so you can re-download past purchases and so we can settle disputes. Delivered contents stay available on your orders page. Closing your account removes your profile and email; the anonymised financial record of a completed sale is retained.
Your choices
Ask us and we will send you a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, or delete your account. Telegram notifications can be turned off at any time without affecting your orders.
Security
The site is served over TLS only. Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and delivery links are tied to a random token rather than a guessable number. No system is perfect — use a password you use nowhere else.
