MediaTerms of Service
These terms apply to every order placed on this site. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. What we sell
NTMediaStore sells digital goods: account credentials, licence keys, promotional links and social growth services. Everything is delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped, and no subscription is started on your behalf.
2. Delivery and ownership
Delivery is automatic and begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. Ownership and all risk pass to you at the moment the goods are delivered to your account or download link. You are responsible for securing what you receive — see our Replacement Policy for the steps that keep your cover valid.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in cryptocurrency at checkout, or taken from your store balance. Crypto payments are final and cannot be reversed by us or by you once they are confirmed on the network. If an invoice is underpaid or paid after it expires, it is held for manual review rather than delivered automatically.
4. Store balance
Your balance is store credit. It can be spent on anything we sell and it does not expire, but it is not a deposit account: it cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another account, or converted back to cryptocurrency. We may hold or freeze a balance while we investigate a payment we believe to be fraudulent or disputed.
5. Your responsibilities
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must comply with the terms of any third-party platform the goods relate to. Using what you buy is your decision and your responsibility — a platform is free to change its own rules at any time, and we cannot control or predict that. You may not resell access to this site, automate scraping of it, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where a statutory cooling-off period would otherwise apply, you ask us to begin delivery immediately at checkout and acknowledge that you lose that right once delivery has started. This is what makes instant delivery possible. Your protection is the written Replacement Policy, which applies regardless.
7. Warranty and liability
Beyond the replacement cover we state in writing, goods are supplied as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost followers, or action taken against your account by a third-party platform.
8. Suspension
We may refuse or cancel an order, and suspend an account, where we see payment fraud, chargeback abuse, repeated bad-faith replacement claims, or use that puts the service at risk. Where an order is cancelled before delivery, you are credited in full.
